will learn about the unique qualities of Live/Raw Food, how
to set up this special kitchen and how to prepare a variety
of delicious recipes from the Middle-Eastern, Oriental,
Indian, Japanese and Italian cuisine. Full menu program
includes main courses, breakfasts, almond and nut milks,
juices, shakes, dressings, breads and desserts. At the end
of the course you will have all the skills and knowledge
required to upgrade your lifestyle at home or if you are a
chef , add live food recipes to your menu.
The Conscious Eating course integrates food
preparation demos, kitchen gear introduction and practical
guidelines and lectures.
What is Raw Live food?
'Living' or 'raw' food is food that has not been
microwaved, radiated or heat-processed above 40-60 degrees
Celsius/ (~115 F), this includes cooking. As a result, none
of the heat-sensitive micro nutrients have been destroyed
and the full life force and energetic cellular pattern of
the living plant are best preserved so that it can transfer
the highest amount of its life force to us. In the regular
cooking process the food is loosing most of its nutritional
value: i.e: about 50% of its proteins and 70% of its
minerals, vitamins and enzymes. The methods we are using
when preparing raw food are keeping its nutritional value
and its life-force energy. The main principle is eating food
as it appears in nature. Live food creations vibrate with a
deep healing energy that affects all levels of creation.
Raw food is organic - free of toxins, rich in nutritional
ingredients, with a low level of sugar. By eating raw food
